Key Responsibilities

  • •Build customer loyalty through positive customer engagement and serve as the central point of contact.
  • •Collaborate with other functions to resolve escalated issues related to customer orders, graphics, ship dates, and quality concerns.
  • •Receive, screen for accuracy/completeness, and monitor customer orders through the manufacturing process, advising on delays and alternatives.
  • •Initiate customer releases, coordinate shipping/delivery dates, and manage expediting of rush shipments and outside warehousing shipments.
  • •Maintain active customer electronic account profiles and item lists while managing consignment, aged inventory, and non-conformances with corrective action plans.
