Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile, record, maintain, and analyze production and maintenance data to support daily operations.
  • •Track work orders from receipt through completion, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
  • •Monitor production schedules and maintenance status to improve efficiency and reduce equipment downtime.
  • •Maintain maintenance records in accordance with Army regulations, contract requirements, and company policies, including entering documentation into automated maintenance management systems.
  • •Prepare recurring and special reports and coordinate with supervisors, mechanics, quality assurance, and customers to prioritize maintenance actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of administrative, clerical, maintenance support, logistics, or production control experience.
  • •Preferred experience using EPRS (Equipment Performance and Readiness System) and/or GCSS-Army or other automated maintenance management systems.
  • •Basic knowledge of Army maintenance work order processes and repair parts ordering procedures.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and able to accurately create, update, and close maintenance work orders while maintaining complete electronic records.
