Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy a large ENT onsite within 30 days and enable rapid onboarding for enterprise customers
  • •Discover 2nd and 3rd use-cases within the customer team within 60 days
  • •Build product features that make future similar deployments trivial and scalable
  • •Collaborate with engineering, product & design teams to ensure customer success and adoption
  • •Contribute to a scalable deployment playbook to accelerate on-boarding of additional enterprise clients

Key Requirements

  • •Must have prior experience in a technical role at an early startup
  • •Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or similar
  • •Ability to deploy on-site and translate customer needs into product features
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify multiple use-cases within enterprise teams
  • •Bonus: experience building a startup or working at a high-growth company
