Key Responsibilities

  • •Search, validate, and enter data into the calculation engine while ensuring ongoing data integrity.
  • •Prepare and calculate client custom indices by researching companies, determining composition, and applying index rules in the calculation system.
  • •Maintain, update, and troubleshoot complex index models in Excel on a daily basis, including constituent selection/weighting.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate delivery of real-time and end-of-day index data to clients and end users.
  • •Provide customer service for existing index clients and maintain cross-group relationships, including acting as backup index manager when needed.

  • •Strong math background and ability to understand index mathematics.
  • •0 to 3 years of professional experience (internship experience and recent college graduates welcomed).

  • •Superior Excel/VBA with SQL and Python coding knowledge to manage and manipulate large data sets and automate processes.
