•Establish and enforce out-of-the-box design standards, reusable integration patterns, and platform guardrails to prevent technical debt and ensure upgrade safety.
•Drive a high-velocity Agile development model using rapid prototyping and iterative sprint cycles to deliver MVP releases.
•Modernize engineering practices by expanding automated test framework coverage, implementing CI/CD deployment pipelines, and standardizing source control governance.
