Job Summary

Drive reporting delivery and requirements work in support of third-party risk management (TPRM) initiatives. You’ll help implement and manage business and technology changes to ensure smooth transitions to BAU, partnering with external and internal stakeholders to achieve adoption. Use agile practices to write user stories and manage requirements in JIRA/Confluence, with strong banking/financial services domain knowledge and prior payments and API analysis experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Support third-party risk management (TPRM) efforts through reporting delivery and analysis.
•Implement and manage business and technology changes to ensure a seamless transition to BAU.
•Gather, translate, and clarify requirements and define design options.
•Write user stories and deliver work using agile methodology.
•Manage requirements in agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, leveraging payments customer journey and API analysis where applicable.

Key Requirements

•Experience working on Third Party Risk management (TPRM).
•Experience implementing and managing both business and technology changes to enable seamless transition to Business as Usual (BAU), including change adoption by external and internal stakeholders.
•Knowledge of banking and financial services domain, with retail and/or corporate domain preferred.
•Gather, translate, and clarify requirements and define design options; write user stories and work in an agile delivery methodology.
•Hands-on experience with Agile tools for requirements management (JIRA, Confluence), and prior payments (Domestic/International) customer journey experience; API analysis is an added advantage.
