Job Summary

Lead and drive the end-to-end Talent Management strategy for Greater China, building a strong leadership pipeline and accelerating talent growth. Own core talent processes across performance, potential, and succession; lead SLT talent sessions with data-driven storytelling; and partner with HRBPs to address pipeline, retention, and capability needs. Define leadership development and early career agendas, embed DEI across talent decisions, and strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive GCA Talent Strategy, including “Build vs. Buy” and leadership pipeline governance aligned to business priorities.
•Drive succession planning for key and critical roles, ensuring ready-now and ready-future talent pipelines.
•Own and evolve core talent processes (performance, potential, succession) to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
•Lead SLT-level talent sessions (e.g., talent reviews, succession, TLU) with strong data-driven storytelling.
•Embed DEI across talent decisions and deliver leadership development, early career, and talent mobility initiatives to improve engagement and experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
•~10+ years of experience across Talent Management/HR/Talent functions.
•~8+ years leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
•Proven track record driving end-to-end talent strategy and transformation.
•Experience operating in a global, matrix organization with success influencing senior leadership.
