Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, coaching, direction, and support to the MST team; coordinate daily MST activities and operational support.
  • •Ensure maintenance work is executed safely and effectively in accordance with established plans, procedures, and standards.
  • •Support reliability and availability of critical mine technology, communication systems, wireless networking, and field infrastructure.
  • •Monitor maintenance performance, PM compliance, backlog, system reliability, and KPIs; review documentation and support continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 108,000 - 133,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Journeyperson Interprovincial Electrician with Red Seal Endorsement, or a related technical diploma or engineering degree.
  • •Diploma or certification in Radio Frequency Systems, Wireless Communications, Networking, Electronics, or related technical discipline (asset).
  • •Previous supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance, technology, communications, electrical, or related field (preferred).
  • •In-depth knowledge of wired and wireless networking techniques with experience supporting technology in a mining or industrial environment.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as Maximo or SAP.
