Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing accurately, communicating issues, and supporting smooth Dasher pickups.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through shifts by ensuring safe and productive work and acting as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations across both warehouse and kitchen, lead by example, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to work in fast-paced, physical warehouse and/or food preparation environments and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • •Have a proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred but not required).
  • •Be organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets and remain flexible across different shifts.
