Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead modules in larger projects and manage smaller projects (typically leading three to five consultants).
  • •Collaborate closely with partners and senior colleagues to deliver circularity projects for clients.
  • •Coach and develop consultants within project teams.
  • •Work with industry experts and contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights and lessons learned.
  • •Participate in office-wide projects and in-depth studies on current topics to advance the firm’s thinking.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed an academic university education (WO).
  • •4–7 years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or in strategic/operational roles at a large company or in the public sector.
  • •Prior involvement in waste management and/or recycling is required.
  • •Experience managing others and delegating work to more junior team members.
  • •Familiar with (financial) modeling in Excel, visualizing presentations in PowerPoint, and strong English oral/written/presentation skills.
