Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide efficient, effective, and accurate teller functions in an in-person branch setting while embodying a strong client experience culture.
  • •Assist customers with account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues and escalating when needed.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker.
  • •Process cash transactions accurately and securely, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.
  • •Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, stay current on product guides/fees/policies, and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23.08 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Experience in a client service role (required).
  • •Experience in cash handling (required).
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Notary License (preferred).
