Principal Security Engineer, Detection & Response

Lead detection and response across Circle’s highest-stakes surfaces: blockchain/custody environments, cloud-native infrastructure on AWS/EKS, and AI tooling used internally and shipped in product. Build detections for crypto-native and cloud attacks, advance AI-assisted SOC workflows, and develop core security tooling plans (SIEM and orchestration). Investigate and resolve incidents, collaborate with teams on visibility and threat modeling, and participate in on-call rotations.
