Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of federal platform, IT services, and infrastructure programs, including cloud modernization, automation, and security integrations.
  • •Oversee large-scale AWS and federal cloud initiatives for scalability, cost efficiency, security, and operational resilience.
  • •Coordinate GovCloud Infrastructure-as-Code operating model, including Terraform coverage, automated deployments, and reducing manual change management.
  • •Drive enterprise disaster recovery and Zero Trust identity initiatives, including cross-region failover validation and KeeperPAM/SCIM identity lifecycle automation.
  • •Improve observability, monitoring, deployment pipelines, release governance, and SLO/error budgets while building and leading the Federal Platform Operations team.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in federal IT, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related technical environments supporting government or regulated missions.
  • •4+ years leading technical programs, platform initiatives, or complex cross-functional engineering projects in SaaS, cloud-native, or cybersecurity environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering against FedRAMP and DoD IL4/IL5, STIG, or DoD Cloud Computing SRG requirements.
  • •Strong AWS cloud skills including ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and IAM, with AWS GovCloud experience strongly preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience, and U.S. citizenship required.
