Job Summary

Design and build engaging e-learning modules by turning subject-matter expertise into structured, learner-friendly experiences. Work end-to-end from outlining and screen-by-screen storyboarding through production, testing, and publishing. Convert slide decks, documents, and videos into interactive modules using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Teach Up, source multimedia assets, collaborate with SMEs, package content in SCORM/AICC where applicable, and ensure quality for pilots.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop digital learning content by converting slide decks, documents, and videos into structured modules aligned to learning objectives.
•Storyboard course flows by drafting screen-by-screen scripts, interactions, and narration notes.
•Design and build interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 or Teach Up) and templates/standards.
•Source and create multimedia assets (graphics, icons, screenshots, videos, and audio/voice-over) while ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
•Package and publish modules (e.g., SCORM/AICC) in the LMS, and quality-check/test across devices/browsers before release and pilots.

Key Requirements

•Write measurable learning objectives and apply learning principles, including practice/assessment alignment.
•Hands-on experience (academic projects, internships, portfolio, or junior role) with at least one e-learning authoring tool such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) or Teach Up.
•Comfort working with text, visuals, and simple media editing to create clean learning screens, including responsible use of AI-assisted tools.
•Create storyboards/scripts that specify on-screen text, visuals, interactions, and narration/voice-over direction if needed.
•Test modules across browsers/devices and fix issues related to formatting, navigation, or usability.
