Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, mentor, and scale a distributed TPM team, including developing and managing managers and setting standards for execution and ownership.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional enterprise programs—designing program plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resourcing models with disciplined tracking of metrics and ROI.
  • •Lead AI-first program operations by establishing real-time automated program transparency via dashboards and reporting powered by agentic workflows.
  • •Establish durable governance structures (charters, steering committees, decision rights) and deliver executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and strategic insights.
  • •Drive organizational readiness and change management for new technologies and processes, ensuring measurable adoption and operational excellence through streamlined, automated workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •15+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years leading technical programs or teams and 5+ years managing and scaling TPM organizations in complex matrix environments.
  • •Strong technical depth across large-scale engineering, cloud/data platforms, and enterprise efficiency technologies, including AI-enabled software programs and AI-powered developer tools.
  • •Proven ability to drive strategy and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage risk, solve complex problems, and lead organizational change.
  • •Customer-focused, data-driven leadership with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
