Job Summary

Support innovation plans across L&A&C by leading commercialization of innovation windows, developing product guides and ingredient information, and coordinating market rollouts with training and OPS. Manage test kitchen activities and the regional Caribbean innovation process, while running pipeline meetings to track technical projects and approvals. Help develop and test new concepts, consolidate nutritional data for global teams, and partner cross-functionally to align suppliers and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead commercialization for innovation windows by developing product guides, ingredient information, and coordinating market rollout calls with training and OPS support.
•Lead test kitchen management, including supporting buying/receiving ingredients, managing cleaning materials and kitchen cook activities.
•Drive the Caribbean innovation process by supporting markets to finalize calendars and technical projects focused on core products.
•Run cross-functional pipeline meetings to track regional innovation and support RSCS and Calendar execution, including approval of local innovation requests.
•Support development and testing of new concepts, consolidate nutritional information data for global teams, and coordinate CPT tests in markets while aligning with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,200 - 146,360 annually

Key Requirements

•B.S. or higher in Food Science (or related); master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum five (5) years of experience in the food-related industry.
•Ability to communicate effectively, influence teams, and demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills.
•Demonstrated experience and success in product development and roll-outs.
•Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
