  • •Execute program tactics from goal/scope to conclusion within schedule, budget, and quality; drive issues to resolution.
  • •Plan and facilitate meetings and communications; maintain program tracking against commitments.
  • •Lead design sprints to accelerate user-facing product design and internal programs/services, and coach design team members on design-adjacent tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •4+ years of design program management experience in a software environment, ideally at a software company.
  • •Familiarity with user-centered design practices, UX tools and techniques, and software development methods, primarily Agile.
  • •Proven ability to stand up and manage programs and complete significant initiatives, including leading design sprints/workshops.
  • •Strong writing, reporting, documentation, and verbal/presentation skills; fluency with SDLC and cross-functional collaboration, plus demonstrated AI fluency for designers.
