Key Responsibilities

•Increase revenue and market development through direct sales to MFMs, Ob/Gyns and Genetic Counselors.
•Prospect, cultivate and maintain key relationships to drive sales in the territory.
•Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in the geography.
•Focus sales efforts on currently marketed products and new product launches.
•Collaborate with PHI processes and complete required HIPAA/PHI and security trainings within 30 days of hire.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline
•Minimum of three years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, ideally within genetics
•Strong background in medical or biological sciences, with experience in clinical diagnostics a plus
•Deep understanding of the OB/GYN and MFM markets, with proven success selling into these specialties
•Demonstrated success launching new products and driving rapid revenue growth in new markets
