Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, validate, and analyze program data across task orders (schedule, cost, risks, issues, staffing, quality metrics).
  • •Maintain CDRLs for the IDIQ and task orders, including creation/coordination, status tracking, and compliance for customer submissions.
  • •Own PMO portal/dashboard design and enhancement, consolidating data into near-real-time dashboards with drill-downs.
  • •Coordinate risk/issue/action tracking by logging items, tracking mitigation actions, and providing status updates for program reviews.
  • •Support integrated schedule and deliverable tracking, stakeholder meetings, and process/tool improvement for reporting and CDRL workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • •TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • •3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
  • •8+ years of experience in project coordination, program analysis, or engineering support within a PMO or multi project environment, with government/IDIQ experience preferred.
  • •Proficiency with collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Power BI; Jira/Azure DevOps is a plus), plus strong communication and attention to detail.
