Key Responsibilities

•Support the smooth and efficient operation of contracts and accounts in coordination with site supervisors, administrative support, and the Account Manager.
•Oversee daily deployments of staff to assigned contracts and ensure timely, accurate submission of monthly T&A.
•Serve as the key point of contact with client site teams for operational matters and build relationships with the client POC to grow contracts.
•Manage internal teams such as demand planning, billing, and payroll to maintain an efficient workflow process.
•Optimize workflows across multiple service lines (Transport, HR, Deployments, accommodation), identify improvement areas, and oversee onboarding of newly recruited staff.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years’ experience in an outsourcing company or similar large-scale workforce.
•UAE Driver's License.
•Proficient in computer and reporting skills.
•Fluent in English.
•Ability to work flexible shift times to suit operational/client requirements; conflict resolution skills.
