Warranty Controller

Coordinate the warranty management process by processing daily maintenance claims from Kolomela and Sishen, submitting or cancelling claims appropriately, and monitoring them through closure and reimbursement. Partner with planners, reliability engineers, technical expediters, QA, and supply chain leaders to optimize yield, reduce cancelled/rejected claims, and deliver monthly warranty performance reporting. Ensure compliance with process governance and safety requirements, including SLAMs, risk assessments, and safety action close-out.
