Key Responsibilities

•Hiring Pipeline & Workforce Ramp Tracking: Track FTE demand signals, monitor pipeline health vs forecast, identify shortfalls, maintain onboarding timelines, and escalate risks.
•Position Management & Workday Governance: Manage position lifecycle, create and align positions to approved plans, ensure requisitions map to capacity, and maintain lean headcount in Workday.
•Requisition Governance: Validate capacity-backed requisitions, reconcile headcount vs plan monthly, identify discrepancies, and prevent hiring without capacity validation.
•Financial Discipline: Align Workday position counts with budgets, prevent headcount drift, and support finance reconciliation of workforce plans.
•Capacity Governance & Reporting: Maintain documentation of ramp plans, support governance forums, prepare leadership dashboards, and ensure alignment across Planning, TA, Finance, and Workday data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•2–4 years in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Talent Operations, or Program Management.
•Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred).
•Exposure to hiring pipeline or headcount governance.
•Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
•Experience using Workday or similar HRIS
