Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify high-leverage opportunities to automate marketing and sales workflows using LLMs, autonomous agents, and API integrations.
  • •Translate strategic growth initiatives into AI-powered internal tools with the GTM Engineering Lead.
  • •Design and build data pipelines and automations that reduce friction for SDR and Marketing teams.
  • •Own the full development lifecycle for internal growth tools, from building and testing to shipping and iterating.
  • •Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders to ensure AI deployments are scalable, secure, and improve conversion rates.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Technology, or Solutions Engineering in a fast-paced startup/high-growth environment.
  • •Working knowledge of database usage and security best practices.
  • •Deep, hands-on experience applying AI and APIs to solve business problems.
  • •Fluency with developer and automation tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, or Glean.
  • •Ability to write prototype or production-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
