Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering execution for complex custom-order electrical products, including development, review, and approval of wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • •Translate customer requirements into technically sound, code-compliant, and manufacturable solutions for Engineered-to-Order (ETO) and Configured-to-Order (CTO) projects.
  • •Manage engineering priorities and deliverables against capacity-planning milestones, coordinate cross-functional work, and address technical risks to meet timelines.
  • •Develop and maintain bills of material (BOMs) within the ERP system, ensuring engineering changes and customer requirements are accurately incorporated.
  • •Act as a senior technical resource for complex product/design/manufacturing and PLC/HMI issues, support troubleshooting and root-cause resolution, and mentor engineering resources.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,000 - 117,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar).
  • •Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in the electrical industry.
  • •Understanding and experience interpreting the Canadian Electrical Code.
  • •Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and technical guidance to peers.
  • •Competency using MS-Office and AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
