Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day required case management tasks and provide technical assistance for post-allocation cases.
  • •Oversee RPC pre-arrival reports within assigned timeframes and maintain data accuracy in IRIS/Dynamics, recommending upgrades as needed.
  • •Develop monitoring and compliance support by assisting with M&E framework and data collection/reporting for grant requirements.
  • •Serve as a primary subject-matter contact: review field-office reports, provide feedback, and support beneficiary feedback survey oversight.
  • •Provide program compliance oversight for a portfolio of field and subrecipient offices through monitoring, consultation, and technical assistance, including site visits and desk audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors’ degree (or equivalent experience) in Social Work or a related field.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in refugee resettlement work.
  • •Familiarity with IRIS, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Asana.
  • •Overseas and/or cross-cultural experience.
