•Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level metrics to drive vendor accountability and performance improvement.
•Establish effective governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and change control processes to enhance transparency and decision-making.
•Develop and maintain clear visibility of vendor performance, contract compliance, and actual cost realization.
