Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in a Software Engineering Leadership position (technical lead, manager, or manager of managers)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or similar
  • •Track record of shipping high-quality features in strategic product areas and delivering ambitious roadmaps
  • •Strong technical decision making with knowledge of architecture patterns to build durable, maintainable products
  • •Experience interviewing, hiring, and mentoring product-focused engineering teams and collaborating with staffing partners
