Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and direct Quality team members (IQC, IPQC and Quality Engineers) to ensure high product quality across builds and development tests.
  • •Document bugs/issues, align stakeholders, and drive corrective action (RC/CA) to resolution.
  • •Consolidate issues into dashboards and visual tools to drive team action and update leadership on top issues.
  • •Develop product quality plans and assess contract manufacturer (CM) adherence.
  • •Audit CM team PPAP for component validation and monitor factory yields/issues on production lines.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
  • •5+ years experience in Quality, Process, or similar engineering role
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical engineering fundamentals & manufacturing processes
  • •Experience with hardware test & manufacturing fixture development
  • •Excellent written and oral communication in highly technical applications
