Job Summary

Develop and document radar Open System Architecture Signal Injector (OSI) Modeling & Simulation (M&S) capabilities for the Surface Radars and Sensors team. Lead architectures and requirements, update system-of-system functional/performance requirements, and define algorithms, test scenarios, and verification approaches. Perform requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs and collaborate with software and integration/test engineers to deliver high-performing radar solutions onsite in Huntsville, AL.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development of architectures and requirements to define, characterize, and document radar OSI M&S capabilities.
•Update architectural frameworks and create system-of-system functional and performance requirements, algorithm descriptions, test scenarios, and verification approaches.
•Conduct requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs and ensure system-level performance aligns with operational objectives.
•Collaborate closely with software and integration/test engineers to deliver innovative, high-performing radar solutions.

Key Requirements
