  • •Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex quality issues to improve overall product performance.
  • •Own the mechanical definition of one or more production-scale products, including mechanical authority for configuration and change management.
  • •Design new components and implement design-for-manufacture and assembly feedback to improve production processes.
  • •Oversee creation of engineering documentation, particularly production drawings, and manage the engineering BOM for the as-shipped product.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional mechanical experience with demonstrated design ownership in a team setting.
  • •Meaningful experience managing a BOM and drawings in a PLM (product lifecycle management tool).
  • •Strong CAD skills to produce high-quality engineering drawings and documentation.
  • •High competence using engineering first principles and ability to execute complex root cause analysis (RCA) with permanent corrective action (PCA).
  • •B.S. or higher in an engineering field; U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
