Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer phones and greet visitors, clients, centers of influence, and prospects.
  • •Complete administrative tasks for trust officers and managers, including scanning and filing records and maintaining organized account files.
  • •Correspond with clients and centers of influence professionally while resolving issues related to online access and trust account systems.
  • •Facilitate and coordinate trust marketing events as approved by the Senior Trust Officer.
  • •Mentor and assist Trust Assistants and assist with special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent of four years in high school plus specialized training and approximately 19 to 23 months of related experience and/or training.
  • •Provide basic communication skills to read simple instructions and correspondence and write simple correspondence for customer-facing interactions.
  • •Strong mathematical capability to calculate figures and apply basic ratios/percentages in practical situations.
  • •Maintain confidentiality for internal and external clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
  • •Develop proficiency with trust department accounting systems and maintain accuracy with administrative recordkeeping.
