Job Summary

Own program delivery for TI’s Advanced Power Solutions, driving cross-functional execution of on-time product development and ramp. Build and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality processes, while tracking milestones and ensuring accountable deliverables. Manage wafer lot starts, material logistics, and NPD setups through kickoff to production ramp. Provide dashboards and executive status updates, mitigate risks, optimize resources, and lead stakeholder communication to release new products within cost and performance boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality control processes to maintain audit readiness.
•Track key milestones and drive cross-functional accountability for project deliverables.
•Manage wafer lot starts and material logistics to deliver samples on time; execute engineering setups across TI systems per NPD guidelines from kickoff to production ramp.
•Identify, mitigate, and escalate critical project risks; facilitate root cause identification and resolution.
•Build project dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly executive status updates; partner on staffing and resource utilization to optimize execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 212,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering degree.
•5+ years of project engineering/management experience on highly complex products/projects.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and influence key stakeholders on deliverables.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
•Detail-oriented project management across multiple simultaneous projects with focus on timelines, budgets, and quality.
