Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare material request manifests, bunkering volume, and backload equipment, and coordinate with onshore materials coordinators and the supply base for inbound and outbound logistics.
  • •Coordinate with offshore teams to receive/ship equipment and maintain proper tracking and records of incoming materials.
  • •Coordinate with shore base logistics, marine coordinator, helicopter coordinator, and materials coordinator for materials/equipment enquiries under lookahead and drilling supervisor approval.
  • •Ensure dangerous goods are packed and handled according to applicable regulations; verify materials, cargo handling equipment, and dangerous goods prior to prereceipt offshore.
  • •Reconcile day-to-day materials movements with shore base materials coordinator, perform physical stock checks, and maintain hard and soft copy records for audit and retrievability.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid OPITO BOSIET certification.
  • •Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the Oil and Gas field.
  • •Minimum three (3) years as Drilling Material Coordinator.
  • •Minimum two (2) years on a project or drilling campaign with an International Oil Company (IOC) and experience with an established operator.
  • •Good English proficiency and basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
