Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Talent Acquisition SME for recruitment analytics, workforce intelligence, IIR reporting, wage analysis, and market benchmarking.
  • •Analyze recruitment, workforce, and labor market data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
  • •Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to assess talent availability and hiring trends.
  • •Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and deliver recruitment analytics and workforce intelligence reports.
  • •Validate recruitment metrics and report outputs; coordinate and deliver the Monthly Operating Report and executive-level presentations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition analytics, workforce reporting, HR analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • •Experience performing recruitment metrics analysis (e.g., Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Source Effectiveness) and conducting data validation, audits, and quality assurance.
