Sr. Payroll Specialist

Own end-to-end payroll for weekly and bi-weekly cycles, ensuring accurate, on-time processing and payments. Maintain payroll master data in TRESS to support correct handling of payroll incidences, taxes, deductions, and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR, FONACOT). Process employee movements and termination settlements in line with Federal Labor Law, support audits with documentation, and reconcile TRESS payroll data with accounting records while responding to employee questions.
