Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
•Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems, electrical vehicle powertrains, repair procedures, etc.
•Maintain a high knowledge level of high voltage, low voltage, and general electric vehicle systems; SME in 1-2 major repair categories
•Follow repair order documentation procedures and document customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software
•Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers; demonstrate attention to detail and create positive client experiences

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
•Red Seal 310S - (Required)
•Experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains
•Customer facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and learning proprietary DMS software
•EPA 609 Certification; Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (21+ drivers require 3 years)
