Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals by building client relationships, using cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and driving omni-channel purchases. Support day-to-day store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat business.
