Lead development and qualification of primary and secondary packaging portfolios, from initial design with Marketing and Creative to supplier and contract manufacturer qualifications. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Marketing and Formula Development teams on new briefs that are technically and financially viable, and advise the creative team on the best way to achieve requested designs.
•Work closely with Purchasing to respond to Marketing briefs while respecting cost and gross margin targets.
•Conduct and communicate risk assessment studies focused on packaging and industrialization.
•Carry out all necessary testing to validate success criteria, including line trials at contract manufacturers’ facilities.
•Validate quality standards and range boards for components and finished goods, and oversee packaging tooling and aesthetics development.

•At least 10 years of professional experience in a technical packaging role within the beauty industry.
