Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead licensing for PUMA Motorsport, including strategy, definition, and negotiation of contractual rights.
  • •Create and track business plans for Tier 1 partnerships and top global teams.
  • •Establish, lead, and develop the Motorsport Licensing & Business Development team, including performance management, professional development, recruitment, feedback, appraisals, and exit processes.
  • •Own pre-seasonal alignment and ensure product strategy is delivered across Motorsport business segments; act as a business partner for top customers and for e-commerce and retail.
  • •Steer key strategic projects (e.g., digitalization and Motorsport on e-commerce), optimize operational excellence, and oversee accurate KPI reporting and management; implement agile ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of international experience in Licensing, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, or Product Management in a top-tier international sports company, including at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Strong leadership skills with high initiative, energy, decisiveness, attention to detail, and confidence.
  • •Awareness of agile working methods and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
