Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate within an Agile team to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality, testable code meeting the definition of done.
•Participate in design and code reviews with other engineers to ensure robust solutions.
•Engage in all Agile activities (planning, refinement, sprint reviews) and commit to delivering stories within the sprint.
•Communicate and collaborate across functional boundaries to align on objectives and progress.
•Drive opportunities to improve efficiency, security, and product quality via best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,000 - 162,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in a software-related field with 5+ years of experience in mainframe software development (or Masters with 3+ years)

•Experience with Source Code Management tools such as Endevor and GitHub
•Experience in Agile software development methodology
•Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
