Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers while evolving culture from reactive support to proactive partner solutions architecture.
•Design and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to reduce repetitive queries.
•Own partner technical health by monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Lead complex client integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting for Brazilian enterprise clients, solving issues on the fly when needed.
•Build custom solutions and improvements using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations, and feed recurring partner pain points into product/engineering roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience with 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager who mentors others.
•Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese and fluent English to lead Brazilian client accounts and collaborate with global teams.
•Proficiency in front-end web technologies (JavaScript ES6+, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, HTTP) and debugging with Chrome DevTools.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, header bidding, or SDK integrations is highly preferred.
