Cullman Hatchery Laborer

Support hatchery operations by helping with chick pull, cleaning incubation equipment, and delivering chicks to farms. You’ll perform general labor hatchery tasks such as stacking, sanitation, and tray wash, while working with cleaners and disinfectants and following all safety rules. The role requires availability for scheduled holidays and weekends and working in hot, wet, and dusty areas with potential hearing and eye protection.
