Own compensation strategy and program operations for a fast-growing AI-first company, partnering with Total Rewards to design pay structures, run salary surveys, and manage review cycles across GTM. Lead pay transparency and pay equity initiatives, build compensation dashboards and recommendations, and drive compensation-related projects from system implementations to program redesigns. Collaborate with People Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Sales Compensation/Operations to ensure compliance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and administer base pay, short-term incentives, equity grants, and long-term incentive programs.
•Conduct market analysis and salary surveys, and develop and maintain salary structures and pay guidelines.
•Manage compensation review processes (merit increases, promotions, bonus payouts, equity grants) and oversee equity budgeting/tracking.
•Analyze compensation data to surface trends, anomalies, and equity gaps; build dashboards and deliver data-driven recommendations.
•Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Sales Compensation/Sales Operations to deliver training/communications and lead compensation-related projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,700 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a global tech company.
•Hands-on experience with Radford and/or Mercer salary surveys.
•Deep knowledge of compensation principles, program design, and applicable regulations.
•Experience leading pay transparency initiatives and pay equity analyses, including statistical methods/tools such as Syndio.
•Proficiency in HRIS systems with Workday experience, plus advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills for compensation modeling.
