Job Summary

Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements across the project, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, project procedures, and international best practices. Conduct site safety inspections and audits, oversee contractor adherence to approved HSE plans, investigate incidents and near misses, review risk assessments and permit systems, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Deliver safety awareness toolbox talks and produce HSE reporting and performance statistics.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits.

•Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions, including environmental compliance and sustainability requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
•Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in construction HSE.
•Experience on large infrastructure or mixed-use development projects.
•NEBOSH International General Certificate (or equivalent) required.
•Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and practices.
