Alpine Valley - Venue Guest Services Staff

Provide friendly, exemplary guest services at Alpine Valley by answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing patrons before, during, and after events. Maintain venue cleanliness and organization, assist during emergencies by guiding guests, and support venue operations including recycling and closing tasks at the end of the show. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and escalate unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments.
