Key Responsibilities

•Manage and build talent pipelines using sourcing, screening, referrals, and cold-calling for complex technical searches.
•Develop a holistic understanding of hiring needs and manage relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external partners/agencies.
•Own and improve sourcing strategies, initiating new projects and optimizing processes to enhance recruiting efficiency.
•Support market research and talent mapping initiatives to inform sourcing plans.
•Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work.

•Proven experience using research/sourcing tools, including Boolean and LinkedIn, plus alternative sourcing techniques.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze large volumes of data for recruiting decisions.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and functions.
•At least one year of sourcing experience in a high-volume tech recruiting environment (search firm or in-house).
