Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and provide support for automation initiatives, including new builds and defect management.
  • •Ensure quality via code review and functionality review.
  • •Acquire and apply understanding of business processes and business applications to support automation.
  • •Evaluate and optimize existing automations and run PoCs for new automation opportunities.
  • •Manage stakeholder communications, risk awareness, and issue tracking in JIRA, including documentation sign-offs and UAT/production support for bots.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years of experience in core programming/development using C# and the .NET framework in Visual Studio.
  • •Strong backend database experience with writing complex SQL queries.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, VBA, and MS Access; strong coding standards knowledge.
  • •Ability to develop end-to-end automation solutions for complex business problems using C#.
  • •Experience with Git collaboration, stakeholder management, BRDs, and UAT/defect management with production support for live bots.
