Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and ongoing maintenance of weekly production plans by preparing sequence plans and batching recipes aligned to forecasted demands
  • •Assist production planners with executing and revising daily kitchen and plating sequencing for timely, balanced workflows
  • •Aid in re-sequencing plans to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
  • •Coordinate day-to-day operational readiness by reviewing shift progress, identifying bottlenecks, and communicating updates during daily handovers
  • •Monitor recooks and confirm ingredient availability with Procurement; optimize equipment utilization with strategic loading plans

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in planning, logistics, data analytics, production operations, supply chain, inventory analysis, or related fields
  • •Prior experience and/or willingness to work in a food manufacturing environment
  • •Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • •Basic data analysis/analytics skills
  • •Effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and computer literacy (familiar with company tools or willing to learn)
