Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and maintain the enterprise-wide unified cybersecurity compliance framework aligned to industry standards.
  • •Manage certification and recertification lifecycles for CMMC/NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, and GDPR.
  • •Author and optimize GRC documentation including System Security Plans, POA&Ms, policies, and SOPs; drive compliance automation with GRC tooling.
  • •Design and conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and internal audits; facilitate external audits and resolve findings.
  • •Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed security controls, deliver compliance education, and provide executive-ready metrics and dashboards.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • •Five or more years of progressive experience in cybersecurity GRC within a complex enterprise environment.
  • •Deep hands-on experience implementing and auditing frameworks such as CMMC, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53/171, and GDPR.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States and be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.
