Support the creation and execution of game asset production by building and maintaining schedules, task lists, and milestone deliverables. Track daily progress, manage dependencies and approvals, surface risks and blockers, and coordinate priorities across craft directors, product owners, pod leads, and multidisciplinary teams. Facilitate communication across design, engineering, art, animation, audio, and QA, while maintaining tracking tools and helping refine workflows through reviews and retrospectives.
